The District would love to have your pets at our Fishers apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, but there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly charge for Residents with pets.

The District is served by Hamilton Southeastern School District, which includes Brooks School Elementary, Fall Creek Junior High, and Hamilton Southeastern High School.
Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 for breaking your lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 with a 60 day notice.
Yes, The District and all other J.C. Hart living communities require a credit check to be run during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that goes to the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for renting a new apartment.

No, The District does not offer income-based housing.
No, we do not allow our Residents to pre­pay their full lease terms. Rent is to be paid on a monthly basis on the first of each month.
A security deposit is required at lease inception. The security deposit is based on the results of your application screening.
